Maine native Lynn Deeves' entry into the healing arts came as a calling to cultivate more peace in the world and to be of greater benefit to others. After long-time careers as a rock singer (her singer-songwriter gig goes on-www.lynndeeves.com) and working with teenagers, it was time for a quieter life. For her professional training, Lynn chose Namaste Institute for Holistic Studies (Rockport, Me.), which offered the perfect blend of Eastern-Western philosophies, as well as rigorous sciences and massage practice. Lynn loves to meet clients wherever they are on their Path and collaborate with them to create a "customized" session which could include a variety of massage techniques, sounds, scents and oils. On a more personal level, Lynn is inspired by nature, music, spirituality, physical activity, family and friends. She is a Maine State licensed massage therapist and a member of ABMP. |
